Terms of Service

The official Terms of Service are written in Korean and are legally binding under Korean law.
This English version is a summary provided for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy, the
Korean version shall prevail.
OAO Innersights is operated by Haetnim Sanghoe (Angello) and provides the following analysis services:
Key Terms
- Paid analyses are accessed using credits. One credit costs KRW 1,990 (VAT included); you may purchase any quantity you need.
- Purchased credits are valid for 5 years from the purchase date. The number of credits required per analysis is shown on the pricing page.
- Results are for entertainment and reference purposes only and do not replace professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
- Users must not impersonate others, disrupt the service, or reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content obtained through the service without authorization.
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure.
- Disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement or through the courts designated under Korean civil procedure law.
Credits, Withdrawal & Refunds
- You may withdraw your purchase within 7 days of charging credits for a full refund, with no penalty or fee.
- Credits already used for completed analyses may be non-refundable under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, where this is disclosed and agreed to before payment.
- Unused credits are refundable at: remaining credits × (amount paid ÷ total credits charged). Even after expiry, 90% of the unused balance is refundable within 5 years of purchase.
- Credits granted free of charge (sign-up, events, referrals) are non-refundable and are deducted before paid credits.
